Wedding  Coordination 

For DIY or self-service wedding venues

Begins 1-3 months prior | $1300 -$1900

This package is for the couple that has booked a self-service venue. The the do-it-yourself aspect requires couples to fill in the service gaps that a traditional venue provides, such as from silverware, catering, service staff, bartenders, etc. With these venues, there are a lot of moving parts and more vendors to coordinate than usual.. We will help you finalize last minute details and execute all your plans to ensure the day runs smoothly from a month preparation to the set-up of the ceremony until the breakdown of the reception.

Before  your  wedding  day:

  • Share google drive folder to exchange vendor contracts and information

  • Provide vendor referrals

  • Review Vendor Contracts

  • Vendor Confirmation & Coordination

  • Confirm Vendor Meal Count

  • Discuss Venue Design and Decor Placement

  • Develop Ceremony and Reception Timeline

  • One venue-walk through (based on availability)

  • Rehearsal Coordination

  • Unlimited communication and contact

On  your  wedding  day:

  • Full wedding day coordination with three coordinators for up to 10 hours of service (additional hours can be added for $200 per hour). Four coordinators will be provided for weddings with over 200 guests. 

  • Act as command central for the entire wedding day

  • Assist with set-up of client-provided items (such as guest book, card box,    seating chart, etc.)

  • Ensure arrival and correct set-up of all vendors

  • Lead and execute Ceremonial and  Reception Events

  • Communicate with DJ/musicians to coordinate Grand Entrance and other reception events

  • Oversee all staff and vendors

  • Manage banquet staff regarding set up and compliance of floor plans

  • Assist photographer by coordinating necessary photo ops

  • Distribute final balances and vendor tips

  • Coordinate break down of event and pack up client-provided items before end of night.

Pricing

100 guests or fewer: $1300

101-150 guests: $1500

151-200 guests: $1700

200+ guests: $1900+

Typically, we will need 2-3 hours to set up before the reception start time.  This depends on the amount of inventory that will need to be set-up by us.

Rates are subject to change if the needs of the couple are extraordinary or out of the norm as additional hours or staff may be required. Our services include breakdown and packing up of client-provided decor and items. We do not offer cleaning services such as mopping, sweeping, or taking out the trash. Another company would have to be sourced for these services.

Travel fees will be added for venues more than 40 miles away from 91354 and lodging will be required over 80 miles unless otherwise discussed with coordinator and couple.
