Partial  Planning

Begins 1-3 month prior | $2500+

This package is designed for the couple who desires to plan their own wedding day but needs a little more guidance related to design, decor, and vendor selections. This package also includes wedding day coordination.

Before  your  wedding  day:

  • Create a custom inspiration board of your wedding day design concept

  • Help with unique ideas and special touches

  • Discuss your financial parameters and develop a detailed budget spreadsheet for all things related to the design aspects of your wedding. These items will include but are not limited to florals, DJ, rentals, photographer, videographer, and wedding cake.

  • Our goal as your planner is for you to build a team of reliable, professional service providers. We will refer you to an amazing list of local vendors in categories such as venue, photography, videography, entertainment, officiants, transportation, hair and makeup and more.

  • Coordinate appointments and meetings with our preferred vendors.

  • We will verify pricing & availability, negotiate contracts, and set appointments to find and build the perfect team of design vendors.

  • One Design Meeting 

  • One Venue Walk Through to review all the fine details of your wedding day and floor plan.

  • Share google drive folder to exchange vendor contracts and information

  • Vendor Confirmation & Coordination

  • Confirm Vendor Meal Count

  • Develop Ceremony and Reception Timeline

  • Rehearsal Coordination (based on availability)

  • Unlimited communication and contact 

On  your  wedding  day:

  • Full wedding day coordination with two coordinators for up to 10 hours of service (additional hours can be added for $150 per hour). Three coordinators will be provided for weddings with over 200 guests. 

  • Act as command central for the entire wedding day

  • Assist with set-up of client-provided items (such as guest book, card box,    seating chart, etc.)

  • Ensure arrival and correct set-up of all vendors

  • Lead and execute Ceremonial and  Reception Events

  • Communicate with DJ/musicians to coordinate Grand Entrance and other reception events

  • Oversee all staff and vendors

  • Manage banquet staff regarding set up and compliance of floor plans

  • Assist photographer by coordinating necessary photo ops

  • Distribute final balances and vendor tips

  • Coordinate break down of event and pack up client-provided items before end of night.

Pricing

100 guests or fewer: $2500

101-150 guests: $2700

151-200 guests: $2900

200+ guests: $3000 +

Typically, we will need 2-3 hours to set up before the reception start time.  This depends on the amount of inventory that will need to be set-up by us.

Rates are subject to change if the needs of the couple are extraordinary or out of the norm as additional hours or staff may be required.

Travel fees will be added for venues more than 40 miles away from 91354 and lodging will be required over 80 miles unless otherwise discussed with coordinator and couple.
